There is a camaraderie and sense we are all in this together.

When traveling to events is possible, bonding with clients and colleagues helps build strong working foundations.

The RX Leadership Team is clearly committed to the success of the company, and also its employees.

The RX Legal Team is increasingly cohesive. Colleagues are smart and always willing to assist when asked.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay is on the lower side, but not so much I feel I am being compensated poorly.

The salary is close to competitive in the market (though below what a good number of competitors are paying).
What makes you most happy at work?
Every day brings new challenges and learnings; it is incredibly hard to work in RX Legal and be bored.
