Internal communication channels must be transparent, and decision-making authority should not be overly concentrated in the hands of specific individuals

Start treating employees fairly without bias and be professional. Lack of communication is biggest challenge. Salaries offered are also low and turnover is extremely high

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We understand that salary changes can be difficult but I think more can be done to the overall package. Provide RDO's or additional leave create an environment that encourages more work life balance and gives time back.

I have to do so many tasks which some of them might not relate to my JD. However, I am happy to help as all members in the team are dealing with the workload. Moreover, during the preparation of the shows, we have been working so late without OT paid which it is not very fair. more OT/salary please

I would feel better about my compensation if I were paid market value. I feel I am paid below market value from research on other jobs in my field. I do however like my job at RX and feel optimistic I will soon be paid fair market value.
