I truly believe in our mission and purpose, things we do for our clients. I love the challenge and it is fun to make it a reality and see results. Environment of a stock-listed and highly effiecency driven corporate makes it challenging sometimes to maintain my personal (management) style and values

We are always ahead of the wave and competition. While that is challenging sometimes it is great to be part of a group that leads the way. And, our business is exciting. We connect indviduals and companies to support them in doing something they love, in growing their business, in learning.

Total package for my position could be better, compared to similar roles in competitive companies and looking at my responsibility

My pay is alright (even though comp at local competitors is higher), job changes have not been reflected and recently comms around compensation is not 100% clear.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Diverse mix of people, skills and personalities. Team members bring a lot experience and knowledge to the table - from within RX, tradeshow business and from outside.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing real results of how we support our clients and help them grow, build their businesses or just have a good time at our events. We do have a real, positive impact in this world.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Team spirit - even though we are losing that somewhat these times. Despite all re-org, we (I) need to make sure to maintain and reinforce our local culture that we have built super-positive over the past few years.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct manager shows great balance of (short-/mid-term) commercial rigor and ambition and strategic vision - combined with a "human/personal touch". Best manager I worked for. Currently I am missing some more "presence" of global leadership team in the wider company.
