overtime is not compensated (and in events is quite hard to keep a schedule) however some flexibility and empathy will be appreciated when we are on execution of the show but delivering documents are instructed.

It's very stressful to keep up with all the deadlines we have to deal with when organizing multiple shows at once. Also ther is a strong culture of focusing on what we did wrong and rarely celebrating what we did right. When things are celebrated it is only if certain popular people are involved.
