I work for RX for more than a decade. It´s part of my life and my growth. I experienced the worst and best in here. I was challenged to be better, I received support, I could learn and make mistakes, I made friends for life. It was no easy all the time but it was always fun

Poor performance is tolerated. This is the most siloed company I ever worked for. People should care about the customers and people before their own.

Listen more to people and the daily challenges tied to poor people management. Be open to constructive feedback. Stop just talking and ACT. Address and eliminate all forms of harassment that are tolerated or buried in this company.
