Listen more to people and the daily challenges tied to poor people management. Be open to constructive feedback. Stop just talking and ACT. Address and eliminate all forms of harassment that are tolerated or buried in this company.

overtime is not compensated (and in events is quite hard to keep a schedule) however some flexibility and empathy will be appreciated when we are on execution of the show but delivering documents are instructed.

I'd like the ability to save my leave up, rather than be forced to take it each calendar year, if I choose. I'd also like a pay review as the role I'm performing is at a much higher level than my position description.

It's very stressful to keep up with all the deadlines we have to deal with when organizing multiple shows at once. Also ther is a strong culture of focusing on what we did wrong and rarely celebrating what we did right. When things are celebrated it is only if certain popular people are involved.
