The processes that we have in place can make the job so much harder than it needs to be. This causes undue stress and challenges
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We understand that salary changes can be difficult but I think more can be done to the overall package. Provide RDO's or additional leave create an environment that encourages more work life balance and gives time back.
