Allivet: Their customer service is AWFUL. they take forever to fill orders, be prepared to fight with them to get your prescriptions filled. They will tell you its being taken care of but it isn't. You will have to contact them every single day to get the order shipped out,

DroneBase: Demands of drone pilots are excessive. If the comp matched the time expended it would be ok. DB claims a job pays "X", takes"y" to complete, but really takes ("y * 2 or 3) = z to complete. Time uploading is worse, 12-18 hrs for a 2 hr job. A few ops staff are good, most know nothing about drones.

They brag about their company culture, but that consists of always agreeing with their decisions and being yes men. They don't like honesty.

Lunaphore Technologies: Best years of my working life. An exciting project with the absolute best culture and flexibility. We are friends working together, almost a family. The only con is remuneration could be higher but it's still a small company.

Razorpay: The culture is a mess and toxic. Everything is done as a tick mark rather than for the right reason. The leaders provide little or no clarity on expectations and support and you are supposed to figure things out in a jungle. Respect at workplace, inclusion, trust are huge deficits and a big red flag

There is limited opportunity for career advancement so ppl are stuck in the same role. LT operates like they're at a much larger co.
