Branch: Branch was not on my radar until I applied, but joining Branch has been one the best professional decisions of my life.
Spruce Finance: Customer service and billing. It takes me over an hour to speak to someone and when I do they never rectify the problem. This company states I'm past due on billing but yet I'm enrolled in autopay. I can prove they deducted my checking account every month but yet they show I'm past due.

Durham School Services: I don't think that school bus drivers get the pay they deserve. We don't have any of the disinfectant cleaning products to properly clean our buses. We don't get offered incentives for staying with the company during the pandemic. We get the bare minimum and I see why they have a shortage in drivers
Choice Home Warranty: They are not reliable I have a leaky bathroom faucet that was supposed to be repaired three months ago. All I got was a runaround and nobody cared about my problem. I would never recommend this company and I urge all other potential customers to look elsewhere.

BILL: I started as a contractor and was hired as a FTE , but from day 1 I always liked the values the company has and work I got to do.

Choice Home Warranty: Claim Ownership of repair services. They assign a claim and forget avout it. No follow up. 4 failed attemps to repair an appliance. Choice would not replace it and offered a token of cash rather than replacing the applaince.
BlueRock Therapeutics: The process was fun and unique. Only thing that can be improved is the scheduling timeline as it is a little challenging to accommodate 6 interviews within a short time span.

Zwift: Overall I have had an excellent experience from day one when I first got my phone call for an interview, and later that day getting a message that made me feel good even if I didn't get the position. No company ever has made me feel this way. This is a very positive place to work.
