Route: Route truly is one of the best places to work. They value hiring the right kind of people who are creative and motivated to help achieve Route's goals. The members of the leadership teams are kind and openly show their motivation to help you become the best version of yourself.
Route: Route is still a young company and will have growing pains. The trust and encouragement that Route gives to its employees is quite assuring as you don't feel part of a corporate sinkhole.

SimpliSafe: When my wife and I tried to order a system online, the website said it couldn't process the order. When we tried again, we decieded to order a different package (Haven -Knox). Then six days later we were notified that both systems had been shipped. We had not recieved confirmation beforehand.
Caring.com: I work as a Family Advisor. The role is rewarding because you can often truly help seniors. It is a sales position and the sales coaches get a bonus to make Family Advisors set tours and send leads to community partners. Often this poor method of compensating coaches results in bad leads to partners

Barry's: Was paid about 60$ a class. Class costs 38$ To take. Reason why I left.

SpotHero: Prior to SpotHero, I was what many would refer to as a "job-hopper". I often found myself bored and uninspired, frequently leaving jobs at or around the 1 year mark. I've now been at SpotHero for 6 years and can genuinely say that I'm happy. I am challenged and invested in my work + the company.
