Checkr: Liking it so far! I would love to have had a more structured onboarding. It was nice to learn about the company and teams but it would be nice to have a portion where we are introduced to internal processes and resources for navigating my own department.
PosiGen: So far my experience has been great. Usually at other companies, there is 1 or 2 people you can go to for help or advise. I've talked to over 5 people for help on different subjects at posigen. It gets me motivated to do more!
Checkr: While the last 2 years have had some ups and downs, overall the company is improving and appears to be doing its best in regards to their employees which is rare these days.

Rover.com: Rover is fine, great for networking. I wish they didn't charge heafty service fees to my clients and took less than 30% of my profit. But it is a great tool for a disabled person like me to work full time.

Camp Bow Wow: The job itself is fine its the employees mostly management. They makenthe new people do everything and sit down the entire time. They nit pick about little things and never clean. The shift leaders date eachother and when inasked about getting my time fixed they said its not their job. No teamwork

I am hoping to become a manager, I have expressed this openly, but I do not feel like that is what I am working towards.

There are a lot of opportinities around due to the growth by acquisition; however career planning and support is missing in most roles. There are deep rooted culture clashes between different orgs, communication is not a focus.

Orkin: They lie at interview. Youll be working as partime with partime pay but work between 50-70 hours a week 6 days a week and do rhe exact same job as full timers. Even after past your 90 days they wont put you as a full time. You obviously wont get your benefits for a very long rime becuse of this.
