Ocrolus: Employees in same department under different categories are paid differently. The one with lower title are getting more compensation. I feel compensation should be at same level in single department.
Ocrolus: I've been here for about 5 months now and it has been an amazing experience so far. I love the things I'm working on, and the work-life balance is excellent. I can see myself working here for the foreseeable future as it feels good to be here!

Trilogy: Work in progress. Ambitious goals and a desire to do things faster are, fairly, coupled with an acceptance of risk. In contrast, we have many products that are mission critical for customers and way more caution is needed. We'll get there.

Trilogy: It's very tough, mainly psychologically. It's challenging, which is good, but the utter lack of onboarding resources and clear, accessible guidelines and tools makes every day a potential rollercoaster of trying to actually do the job. Pace is fast, salary is excellent.
Upland Software: Great opportunity and grateful for every task but hopefully have a better path for contractors to reach a certain level if conditions are met

Trilogy: I am relatively new at Trilogy and I am nearing the end of my onboarding process as a VP. It has been a very good experience for me. I enjoy working with the team and being part of a culture that strives for excellence and continuous improvement, and really means it!

Although this does result in burnout, it is well worth the effort since I've got to learn more in one year with crossover than I did in all my previous jobs.

Trilogy: I have just joined like a month ago so I can not be sure. But ever since I've joined I've been continuously learning and improving and the other people around have been helping me to do so. People are friendly and expectations are very high which motivates me to bring out the best in me.

Select Sires Inc.: I get along well with the team that I'm on. It's a small team. Flexibility is good. However, I do not like being bothered by so many extra projects (from other departments) that really do not concern us nor do we get paid anymore money for accomplishing those projects in the end.

Trilogy: Working as a contractor provides the flexibility but also the insecurity of work retainment. So far there has only been 1 session of 1-on-1 and work feedback which could be more frequent. Overall the pay makes it worthwhile.
Trilogy: The expectations are high, and the pace is frenetic, but the opportunities for learning and growth are immense. This company is not for everyone, but for those that get it, it is an amazing place to be.
