Eargo: I loved Eargo when I began. Now it's terrible - all they care about is money and their bottom line. They don't have any clarity about who their target market is, and their is next to n ointernal communication and concerns are shut down, although they say they want feedback.

Boost Mobile: I had the worst experience I've ever had with the mobile company with Boost Mobile I've been with them for 9 years bought a high-end phone they gave me a 5G SIM card and from there my phone was useless I've been on a Merry-Go-Round ride of nothing was done
Instapage: Great place to work with fun culture. 12 menthal helth Days a year to take care of yourself. Products are disruptive and leaders in the market!!
Pendo: I love the culture here and the committment we collectively have to providing a top of the line software product. Pendo cares about the mental health of their employees and engourages us to have a life outside of work. Love it here!
Zenefits: Great mission, great team, great culture, major accomplishments, leveling the playing field for small business and entrepreneurs everywhere.
Kantata: The company was great until they started tightening the purse strings. Once the CFO was hired on we saw basically no funding being put back into employees. The largest raise you can hope for is around 3.5%. Because of that, we are seeing people leave in record numbers.
Pendo: Pendo is a fast-paced, fun-loving company. Given how fast we move, I wouldn't say everyone would love working here but it's definitely challenging and keeps you engaged at work. I love working here and the opportunities the company provides its employees.

Eargo: Eargo was once a great company to work for, but has greatly regressed in the last 6 months. Through a combination of poor leadership (new & old), bureaucracy, and lack of vision, the company is dropping more & more every day. I am truly embarrassed to say that I work for this company.

LSO: Something happened in the last year where are packages are lost, delayed, or forgotten 50% of the time. As someone with 10+ accounts who's used LSO for 15+ years, we had to switch elsewhere. Especially with their prices increasing and being higher than UPS/FedEx now.

Ocrolus: Great experience so far - the people have really made me feel welcome and valuable to the company. I love the transparency within my team and support I get. I do find my everyday tasks to get repetitive and de-motivating at times b/c its hard to see my impact but I know that will change as i grow.

SpotHero: My work experience is amazing at SpotHero. I can decide what I want to do and my manager and team coworkers support me to accomplish my work and we try to improve our process and performance.
SpotHero: Even on days that I don't love every part of my job, I still love where I work and who I work with.
Zipcar: Using technology better. The last two times I have gone to pick up my car on the street and it has not been there. One time the rep did not have a clue where the car was. The other time the rep knew where it was but was I told ahead of time? NO. Have they not heard of GPS and updating the account?
Paxful: Total mess and underqualified management
Ocrolus: I have always worked in a "startup" environment and my experience at Ocrolus has been the best of my career by far. Culture is a word thrown around ad nauseam in tech, Ocrolus does it's best to walk the walk in this regard.

Choice Home Warranty seems to show this problem across the USA. I just want our dryer diagnosed before puchasing a new one.
