However, in the past 2 years, work at Carbon has been mentally & emotionally challenging with layoffs, reorgs, etc. Better compensation to retain employees & show appreciation for the additional work everyone has taken on would be good.

Carbon: It is extremely fast paced, there is a lot of expectation for you to perform, and if you don't like the current (rules/comp plan/direction) give it 20 mins it will change.
Syntellis: Very positive for me in my role. I have been treated fairly both in my work and with my compensation. I do not think I could say the same for other individuals in other areas and roles at the organization which is sometimes troubling to me.
Carbon: My previous company was already established and it was definitely something new with a start up. There are always new challenges and keeps me on my toes. I am constantly learning.

Naturally, management uses this as a tool to justify lower pay/longer hours - because you're an "integral part of building the sport of soccer in the US"

Rightpoint: Rightpoint has had exponential growth since founding in 2008 - this comes with some inherent challenges. During my short tenure with Rightpoint (6 months), I have felt that leadership is working on the right things. Peers are respectful and inclusive and there is a chance to be heard (good or bad).
Nextbite: Its has been a great experience. Started when the company was fairly new and have seen how it has improved. Very proud to work at ordermark and cant wait to see how much more it expands.
Allios: Great learn experience as far as work together with the different team and know so much out of it in Supply Chain, Deployment, and scoping, etc.

GoodRx: The people are smart and kind which is about the best combo you can ask for. There are handful of middle managers who do not adhere to the founders' ethos of focusing on the well-being of the staff and even express some derision of it, but those are few and far between.
Syntellis: For me personally, I have plenty of work to keep me engaged and my manager and team are wonderful. For the company as a whole, there are a LOT of employees who lack job security or are burned out/overworked.
Allios: This company has given me a voice, and will lessons to my ideas I think that Kevin has done a great job in making me feel like part of the team.

Salesloft: SalesLoft pays 20% under market and justifies said pay with the company's culture. If you're working in Sales, there is no culture and expect to be worked to the bone. 50-60 hour weeks are the norm.

Fetch: My experience from onboarding to to training to production has been great. When I need help I'm provided with it and when I asked for additional training I received it. My manager and team are really nice and helpful. The company overall is one of the best I worked for thus far.

ALLDATA: Co-workers are friendly, upper management is often confused with how bonuses, paid time-off, sick time off, resource planning, and training work. Basically they seem to bark orders but don't know how a company their size works. There is no training at any level outside of the exes and sales.
