Choice Home Warranty: Overall the coverage is decent, however, all of the technicians seem to be based far from my suburban location. Also, the turn around time from initial diagnosis to final resolution has required multiply visits for each claim thusfar, which is slightly problematic based on scheduling and logistics.
Sovrn Holdings, Inc: Sovrn as a whole is a wonderful company to work for, full of the most caring employees. We have flexible schedules, great benefits, and thoughtful leadership. I work with the best team. We all support each other and never hesitate to jump in and help when needed.

The lack of transparent communication, the absence of a leadership commitment to DEI, and the politicking that goes on promotes an un-psych safe culture where we cannot yet be our authentic selves.

The CEO only champions public facing events, awards, etc. and gives no recognition to other departments accomplishments

Durham School Services: I feel that we xould be paid better since we are actually fullfilling contra ts while other companies dont and they make 7.00 more an hour. We show up daily and have a lot of responsibility that should refle t in our pay!
Clutter: The management and supervisor a warehouse they do not know how to treat the employee they all work on professional and unorganized. Any mistake you do they are very quick to fire you for a little bit of no reason. The equipment as a truck is not maintained they are very unsafe to drive.
Enphase Energy: Threats and manipulation are used by managers daily. I have been the target of jokes for senior directors in India because of my Muslim name. The HR team in India is a puppet for managers and directors. Employees are told to work late at night, even though company rules specify no work after 9pm.

ADTRAV: I hold out hope that the CEO becomes keenly aware that the operations department is in dire need of a complete overhaul. The current climate is unsustainable and the agents who comprise the backbone of this company are weary and cracking.

Remote: I love the way that working at Remote has allowed me to reclaim my life. My days are filled with meaningful work, which I am fully trusted to do. My work is a part of my life, not the whole of it. I am able to show up at my work and in other facets of my life fully and guilt free!
Lunchbox: Overall, most employees are nice. But leadership is toxic and will start making lists of what you do wrong from day 1.

Riverside Company: There are many very bright business minded people at Riverside. Unfortunately, most are so focused on the all mighty dollar they forget how to be human. Very few of the staff genuinely care about other employees. I have found this pervasive throughout the organization.
Goodway Group: There is no real opportunity for development. They talk about being a "learning organization" but there is no career pathing or growth opportunities. Managers don't provide honest feedback or care to coach and develop the team. Goodway also lacks diversity, and micro-aggressions are a huge issue.
