Brandwatch: Brandwatch cares about their employees. They are constantly asking for feedback and take things into action to improve morale. For example, the NA employees now have the same vacation days as our headquarters, 25 vacation days to be exact.

Rival: Silkroad, like most other companies, has disproportionately male management. The higher you look the worse it is. Female leaders no matter how worthy don't get promoted, so they leave eventually. They hired several women from outside but internal promotion is non-existent.
411 Locals: We are working like a machine with many moving parts. We all know what we are expected and how to accomplish that. I feel grateful to my TL and the entire management.
