Interactions: I have been given several challenging projects to work on which is the main thing I look for. We had two big layoffs that I think shook people's confidence a bit, but we seem to be hiring at a more sustainable pace now.

I've also been given the opportunity to quickly advance my role and I continue to be excited about my job.
