W.W. Norton: I greatly enjoyed my time at W.W. Norton and learned a lot. As wiith virtually all New York publishing companies, the pay is poor to start with, which makes it quite difficult for anyone without savings, outside support or independent means to gain a foothold in the publishing world.
CoAd: Onboarding has been a nightmare. It's difficult to even know who your point person is, I guess that's because there isn't. I now understand why a quarterback is so important. I'm disappointed but will ride the ride for at least a year.
