Boost Mobile: The culture is horrific. Way too many priorities, wbich means nothing is a oriority. Field reps are treated like cockroaches and blamed for the lack of sales growth. They are not putting enough resources into the true problem- systems and lack of resolutions to customer issues.

Openly: I have never been one to "drink the Koolaid" as they say - but I am all in on Openly. The balance of ensuring we take care of ourselves while also driving for results is better than any other place i have worked or even know of out in the industry. I don't plan on going anywhere in the long term.
