The Colony Group: It is a lot of fast pace work which can be stressful at times, but my work is valued and I feel comfortable expressing bandwidth issues as they occasionally arise.

Chicken Salad Chick: Leadership needs to listen to their people rather than disregard their concerns. In ignoring issues the health, safety and general quality of the service, employees and practices has gone down. Placing importance on teamwork extends beyond hourly employment.

Spireon: Drastic negative changes from the exec team over the past three months. Customer service has tanked, and employee morale is at an all-time low. Many employees are leaving.
Interactions: I've been with the company for over 10 years, and it's the only place I've ever worked that I've actually felt I had any control over my career advancement. I've made more money here than anywhere else, and I haven't had to become someone that I am not in order to do that.
