Civic Financial Services: I am newer to the company but so far I am completely happy to work on the team I'm on and enjoy that we get a chance to meet daily and check in. With most people working remote the daily check in with the team gives a chance to get to know each other.
Branch: I love it here. In no other job have I stayed this long and not even entertained the possibility of other offers / opportunities for such long periods. I'm genuinely excited about what we're doing, and while we're not always perfect, we're able to rally our resources to execute fast and take risks.

Viz.ai: The company does great things, and I do feel I have a meaningful impact on the world. Nonetheless, I don't understand the company goals, the very thin organization structure, and mainly the thrive for mediocreness - there seems to be a lack of understanding what good quality looks like.
