Online Business Systems: I have felt genuinely valued at Online. I knew the company was the right place for me but I was not quite in the right role. I did not need to look elsewhere to make a career change as Online invests in their people. They were able to create a role for me that aligns with my skills and interests.

I think it would be better if the company can set a panel interview for a 2-3hours in a row with all interviewers, instead of 4 interviews on different days and times.
