Stampli: I've been at Stampli for less than a year, but so far the experience is positive. There isn't a ton of micromanagement which is appreciated.
BlueRock Therapeutics: the 30 min interviews are too short and some interview panelists almost come across as antagonistic. Ensuring that the candidate is comfortable during the interview should also be the focus of the interviewer. Constant interruptions that too right upfront really disrupt and throw off the candidate

Learning A-Z: The company changed in 2020 when the new president came onboard. It was a great company before that, but now I can't recommend it. Employee turnover is high.

eXplorance: The leadership is strong and genuine. Not only do they truly believe in the values they publicly support, but they also go to great lengths to empower employees. In general, the people are 'real' all around. Apart from this, the more I learn about their products, the prouder I am.

Kajabi: There is much to like about Kajabi. However, there need to be major overhauls when it comes to the maturity and experience of the c-suite and decision-makers at the company. Many employees feel the effects of poor compensation and advancement, leading to high churn and low morale.
Kajabi: i absolutely loved working here but these last few months have been brutal and i dread it every morning. i dont feel valued, listened to, respected or appreciated. kajabi is just not kajabi-ing like it used to. theres just too many things piling up all at once that has made me feel like this.

Syntellis: We are actively engaged in process improvements but I do get a sense that external clients and internal associates are a bit overwhelmed at the pace to implement products and services so I believe we need to keep this on the radar to keep everyone motivated.

Mission: Great company. Great culture. There is emphasis on being open and diverse, though sometimes you can tell which way the leadership is leaning. Would be nice if they seemed more neutral to ensure everyone truly feels like they can be themselves. Some growing pains, but overall a great experience
Takeoff Technologies: Very positive experience. Company is flexible, work is impactful and all ideas are welcome. This is a complex product so the learning curve is steep, but it's a fun thing to be a part of.

CORA Physical Therapy: The bottom line was at the expense of the employees and the patient. I would never send someone I know here because it is the fast food of physical therapy and major changes need to occur to make it a quality business for the patient and the clinician.

It's easy to find new tasks. The workload can be intense, but the tools Everlight gives you teach you how to handle things!
