Crusoe: Great. They could improve in-office requirements to offer more flexibility. Also, some managers look down on anyone who actually does take advantage of flexibility options, even for high performers.

I think Strava could clarify it's vision and strategy a little bit more, and I'm worried sometimes that we're taking guesses on what will make us successful. We shouldn't rely on our favorable brand only.
