Namely: Though here for less than a year, it's become one of the most-satisfying roles I've ever head as a full-time/permanent employee. There's been a fair amount of attrition and hiring, and I'm not clear as to what my career path (if any) might be at this point, but am happy with most everything.

Namely: People with the same job title starting on the same day will be compensated differently just because one lives on the east coast. The cost of living in Austin TX is already on par with NYC - we yet someone in NJ makes 5k more a year than someone in Texas for the same job.
