MISUMI: I feel there are lots of problems caused by our parent company being so far away + a language barrier to add problems. It becomes hard to learn about the systems we have created, resources for things like this simply dont exist. Better communication and goals would go far to improve our product.
MISUMI: The company itself is wonderful and secure and extremely generous. The leadership in my department is difficult to work with and has little to no leadership skills that translates to team members not being held accountable and/ or being treated differently based on favors they do for the manager.

Revolution Medicines: I have only been here a few months, but already have a sense of what working here would look like long term. There is so much energy and good vibes. Opportunities to take on new things are plentiful and there is such a great path towards growth in terms of my career and overall knowledge.
Ventech Solutions: I do truly love Ventech! I am proud to be with this company and want to help it grow into an even better place. I was told there is plenty of room to grow in the company. There is a big issue with communication with the different levels and being told one thing and then another happening.

Kiehl's: Managment only give praise and opportunity to their favorite people. Home office steals new ideas from store staff and never give recognition or growth opportunities for benchmarking new processes with success.
Ventech Solutions: It's been great. I started during the height of covid when everyone was working from home and today several of my co-workers are going out after work.
Mixpanel: Really loved going to mixcursion. Felt included and part of a team. On the other hand, our team is hiring too much and too fast.

Macon-Bibb county: Its sad that we work for a local municipality that seems to care nothing about improving our way of living. MaconBibb has some of the most dedicated employees that feel their service means nothing to upper management. A 22 year employee at Parks and Beaut. Makes the same as someone starting today.
Fidelis Care: Trash it. Unresponsive. Myopic. Cheap.
Ventech Solutions: I've been here for 3 years now and I've honestly loved every second of it. I wish the raises were a bit more but who doesn't. The customers are some of the nicest I've ever experienced and to have so many in upper management that know who all their Employees are and care is amazing.

Boost Mobile: Not lie to their customers, literally. Support given false information in regards to a refund for a product that was returned to them almost 2 months ago and I still don't have my refund and was forced to dispute through my bank.

Elemica: I am ex OmPrompt. Elemica for me has been a breath of fresh air. It's the best thing that could have happened to OmPrompt. It is a shame that so many of my colleagues left in fear of losing their jobs, when it would have been the exact opposite.

Instawork: Its been the worse experience not been able to have someone to know what there doing regaring payroll a lot of my money has gone to other account. And insted of helping me with the problem or fix the situerion i have got blame snd my bank like if im the one making the deposits in my account
3 Day Blinds: EVERYTHING! Product, customer service, management/leadership, follow-up, follow-through, integrity, one team/one company experience, the WORST client experience, etc.! We're months later (they should be called 3-month-blinds) and multiple installs later - so much frustration, headache, etc.!

Ventech Solutions: my overall experience is great. However, we do not get bonuses, company credit cards for expenses, and the insurance premiums are extremely high. Also, I have not heard of any external benefits for discount programs, i.e. ticketsatwork or Purchasing power or any Microsoft products

Venmo: I cannot make transfers to Venmo from my Regions bank account (greyed out). Yet, if I receive money it will transfer to my bank account. So Venmo is useless. I cannot add money to it. Isn't the point of Venmo to move cash quickly? I will have to find another service that works with Regions.

But after a round of mass layoffs in March of 2022, the upper level management has stated no clear path for profitability. Management and communication is messy and lacking. The pay is also lower than average for the field.
