Simpro Software: The culture and people are fantastic, and are what makes working at simPRO so great! The struggle is handling the rapid growth/ change. And although career advancement does happen, the pathways and onboarding to new roles needs more support/ training.

Simpro Software: Overall I love simPRO, best place I have ever worked. However there are some things I have seen or experienced that I would say are negative or even toxic. Communication, strategy execution, leadership and collaboration at middle manager levels could be greatly improved in many teams and culture.

Orangetheory Fitness: It was fun until growth or appreciation wasnt revealed . I was loyal and a hard worker and did more than my job title , and yet only received $1 dollar raise after 8 months. Barely took breaks or had a life, yet no promotion , no satisfaction and felt overall unhappy and underappreciated.

The execs used to come around and talk to you, see how your day was, now you hardly see them at all. I feel like they are more interested in money than their employees.
