Choice Home Warranty: My air conditioner went bad 3 months after starting with choice. This company has lied about me canceling appointments when they cancelled them, sent sub-standard contractors to my home and have not fixed my air conditioner yet. This was the biggest mistake I have ever made.

HelloFresh: customer service is poor, the website never works and I have never been able to add extras to my meals. we have to pay extra for certain meals and the linkability between the app and the web application is terrible, ie; you cant change any details via the app. they never resolve their tech issues.

Strava: Strava is a growing company that comes with all the good and bad related to change and growth. The company cares about their employees deeply and it shows. There are a lot of fitness buffs at the company but there is still a diversity of interests and a place for everyone here!
Backblaze: When recruiters contact me, I send them a polite "no thanks" note and chuckle, because Backblaze is the best company I've ever worked for. The management is humane, my job is interesting yet low-stress, and the company is very generous with compensation and benefits.

3 Day Blinds: Stay away! What a nightmare of a process, a product a company! Thousands of dollars spent on a botched job - still dont have our window treatments months later!!

Corporate Office Properties Trust: Very old school thinking 9-5 company. Technology is a bit slow to adapt, remote work is not acceptable and the culture is forced. Compensation is average but the benefits are good. Great place to work if you just want to clock in and clock out.
Hobsons: No direction. Unfair WLB dependent upon team and/or manager. Very conservative culture.

Homebound: There are a ton of talented, passionate folks that work really hard at the company. These folks really care about their teammates and about the work they're doing. Unfortunately, there is a ton of toxicity in the upper management and executive level teams that cause a ton of wasted time and energy.

Murad: Product is good but too many errors on the digital website that you might not get your free gift - their customer service cannot correct any errors. Suggest them to correct the errors but it is not happening at this time. Now, I am still waiting for my free Full Size gift of "Balanced"!

Namely: The community is amazing. I have talked to almost everyone on my team. My manager has shouted me out for all the work that I have done. I have had some complicated payrolls thrown my way as a challenge and multiple people reaching out to let me know they are available just in case I hit a snag.

2-10 Home Buyers Warranty: Customer service is very hard to reach. Waited now on hold 3 times for over an hour. When I finally got a representative n phone couldn't help because it was supposedly a 2-10 purchasing issue and I needed to talk to purchasing. She politely switched to again wait on hold for over and hour.

There is also a work from anywhere program, wellness, meal plan & more. I feel valued and my opinion is respected by other "bobbers."
