Organon: It has been an amazing experience until now, learning from new colleagues and from a new country
Organon: Clear vision, a big engagement from all colleagues, but too much MSD heritage and cumbersome processes mot suitable for size of our company.
Organon: I love my work, but dread the fact that they will recall us when the covid % go up. I would love to make the choice, for when it is save to go out and do F2F calls. The drs rooms are safer than the roads I travel every day.
Elsevier: The job is generally interesting, I work in a great team and have great tools to support the job I need to do.
Organon: Working with products that make a difference in peoples lives is amazing.

Organon: I enjoy my job as a rep and the interactions I have with customers, and I go the extra mile due to my relationships with them. I try to keep interacting with top management to a minimum,, as it is nit safe to speak up and what they say and what they do are miles apart.

Sport Clips: My overall experience in the company is that I am grateful to be here, however there are some work environment issues that tend to discourage me sometimes. Regardless of intention or not, I feel as though managment has a mindset that they can say or do things out of line because they have the title.

Pella Corporation: Although their windows look beautiful they are low quality. The glass used is very loose in the frames and the windows let in a lot of outside noise.
Terumo BCT: Out of touch senior leadership. Overall negative environment, employees are angry with management and work is unappreciated. Lots of turn over with work load expected to be picked up by those left even if that means 1 person doing 5 jobs. Not a good place to work - would not recommend.
USC: The experience has been a blessing due to the connections and networking and culture of the department. The pay could be better.

Hendrick Automotive Group: The customer service needs to be more courteous, professional, and respectful. A manager told me that she would deny me service at the collision repair shop if I continued to "run my mouth".
Elsevier: Elsevier has always been there when I needed it and has not let me down.

Sport Clips: Ive been with sport clips for 3 years. I think it really depends on the team leader, my first team leader was ok but the one i have now is great. They do contests that you can win a vacation and have a fair bonus plan

Tempur Sealy International: Lack of communication from top to bottom. Used to be fun. Lots of the wrong people in the right places. Not much value placed on long tenured employees that shiukd be given healthy raises, but the newly hired employees can basically get whatever they want for salary.

Cellular Sales: Company has terrible direction and the EP Market is so behind the times with Dress, and customer interaction.
Sport Clips: I am proud of how our company takes care of the employees and that we draw in clients with our service. I love how much money i have been aboe to make and that it has given me more freedom with my choices
Sport Clips: I live the company as a whole. And i think upper management is great. I just wish upper management was more proactive with handling sensitive cases. Of employees and clients being left in uncomfortable situations. After coninual complaints.

This is why the turnover rate is so high. Pay your people fairly and you will get more loyalty and better performance

Organon: I am very proud to work at ORGANON, but I feel I need to have a lot of work load, especially becuase we need to assume some functions from other areas in the past, and also to wait or presure to have responses from other areas that do no have the enough resorces, so you are late in some of mine.
