Skechers U.S.A.: Offer a wellness program FREE like chiropractic, acupuncture and Massage for retail, outlets and factory store employees. GE Renewable Energy: I started in 2010 and was able to travel the world with GE, grow and develop myself. I even left the company to pursue a Masters' degree and decided to come back after I was done with my studies. However I see no more growth opportunities. I am the only person left from my GE Leadership Program.
GE Renewable Energy: Horrendous and yet I am an EB which means that I have access to better information, better benefits etc. GE became a dream company to a nightmare company where all individual initiatives and entrepreneurship spirit are absent. GE advocates strong values but does not work by them. Please do it.
