Victra: Good. I just hate to see us loose great employees who add lots of value to the company over working at home. I know that everyone is replaceable but in his job market is not timely. That then leaves all of the other staff left overworked. I get more work done and work more hours from home.

USC: USC at face value can feel like a very idealistic institution work-wise, in that there is a lot of talk about the great things we should be doing or what is considered to be an ideal working environment (trojan family), but consistently falls short of achieving any of it well...if it all.

Victra: Overall, I owe a lot to Victra. It's the first company that not only rewards you for working hard and being persistent, but it grows your ability outside of the company as well. Because of Victra, I am a better communicator, I am more organized, and I better understand the business world in general.

The last few months have been really difficult as there have been several people on our team who have resigned or are out on leave which means the rest of us are left filling in, which takes a lot. The business case process is also very time consuming.
Elsevier: Great social environment, good benefits, poor pay. Upper management is deaf to employee complaints and is out of touch with the struggles of its lower-middle-class employees.

DataArt: On the one hand, there is no a lot of control and micromanagement, but on the other side no one wants to take responsibility, that's why sometimes colleagues face: 1. mess 2. inability to recognize a leader 3. inability to protect yourself or escalate something using the authority of your leader.
