Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. The relocation packages could be a lot better. 5,000 for housing assistance should be able to be translated into help for down deposit on a rental aswell especially in today's climate. With no help with movers either trying to balance the relocation and transition into the new job with the taxed 10k
