The team is extremely global in nature which I find quite stimulating. We have fun comparing and contrasting our cultures.

I enjoy being focused on the customer and solving their problems / challenges. I also like the dynamic nature of science and how it is always evolving and the implications of that for how we serve our customers.

I have a flexible working arrangement and am trusted to take the time I need to acccomplish the occasional personal task that may arise during a working day, with the understanding that it is still my responsiblity to be accountable for meeting work deadlines and requirements.
