All this switch to Populus has made doing work for Elsevier too complex. Where I once went to one location for virtually all of my work, I now must got to Populus for pay, another site for expenses, another site for assignments and another to set up my courses. Nothing is faster and smoother.

I feel my current compensation doesn't fully reflect the increased technical complexity of my role or the market value of my contributions, and a salary adjustment aligned with current industry benchmarks alongside a more transparent performance-based bonus structure would make me feel truly valued.

Working 9 hours with only 1 hour break, no breaks in between. Availability of agents during chat is not consistent specially on other sites that babysits their agents. Lack of manpower. Low salary for a job that is exhausting physically and mentally.
