Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Payment and job level is apparently not on par with our responsibilities, especially when comparing to our competitors.

Less penny-pinching and less stringent recruiting policies around salary ranges and job postings. We cannot recruit the best talent to achieve our stretch goals if we are trying to get talent at discounted rates (we'll just lose to the company's that do pay OR worse, we'll lose staff after hiring).
