Being paid at a market rate and not the minimum. My pay should also reflect the amount of work I put into the company, not looking only at the hours spent doing the work.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
People's workloads are too heavy and aggressive which can lead to people being short in meetings, unable to coach or mentor people or with an inability (due to lack of time) to explain things in detail to enable people to do their jobs better.
