I returned to Elsevier because of company culture. My salary as an ISAM, with my experience, is below market average for positions of similar KPIs and experience. Benefits are wildly more expensive compared to previous employers and my time at ELS 2018-2020.

I'm not sure. I think the way the business is set up penalises and damages employee relationships. Working in RSS for example, the lack of investment into a better helpdesk damanges relationships between AM and CC with unclear roles and tasks.

While we have a strong foundation, I believe we need to foster a culture of innovation to stay ahead of the competition. Currently, there's a lack of emphasis on generating new ideas and experimenting with different approaches. This can lead to stagnation and missed opportunities.
