They are invested in the product, the company, and me. I feel like I matter, my career matters and the team culture matters.

What I like best about the leadership team is their approachable and supportive nature. They communicate clearly, value employee contributions, encourage collaboration, and create a positive work environment that motivates everyone to do their best.

The insurance and compensation is what benefits me the most.

The best part of my compensation package is the overall balance of salary, benefits, and employee perks, along with the recognition and support provided for employee growth and well-being.

IIP, Perks, NPS, OPD insurance.

Competitive salary and NPS contribution.
Review from Design Dept
The best part of my compensation package is the balance between fair salary and the additional benefits, such as health coverage and professional development opportunities. It reflects the company?
Review from Design Dept
What would make me feel better about my compensation is alignment between my contributions, market benchmarks for similar roles, and internal equity. A compensation adjustment that reflects my performance, expanded responsibilities, and the value I bring to the team would go a long way.

I would like to be able to buy two weeks of holiday instead of only 1 as my previous employer allowed this. I also think I am not paid as much as I would be at other companies.
Review from Design Dept
I am paid approximately 10% below market rate for my position
Review from Design Dept
I am paid significantly less than other companies pay for my role in my city
Review from Design Dept
I don't think my compensation is quite in lone with the market. Also I would like the opportunity to buy 10 days holiday rather than only 5 as my previous employer had this. I also think probation is too long and benefits are too restricted during this time.

My team know how to collaborate. Know how to move past difficult and uncomfortable conversations. They know how to disagree and continue to work together. Have different opinions and still collaborate. It's a mature team with skilled workers.

The most positive aspect of the company culture is the inclusive, supportive, and collaborative environment. It encourages teamwork, open communication, learning, and mutual respect, making it a motivating and positive place to work.

Work life balance, caring people, events, celebrating special days, team building activities, treated equally, no hierarchy.

Supportive team members, helping nature.
Review from Design Dept
The environment feels inclusive and respectful, with teams working cross-functionally in a way that values different perspectives. Having access to mentorship and opportunities to upskill shows a real investment in people, not just outcomes.

Open up development/ career opportunity for those who are loyal, eager and willing to develop internally, the creation of new role if necessary and proven. In contrast I see employees get promoted way too soon because the turn over is high.
