I don't think my compensation is quite in lone with the market. Also I would like the opportunity to buy 10 days holiday rather than only 5 as my previous employer had this. I also think probation is too long and benefits are too restricted during this time.

I'm being paid below market rate in my geographic region (NYC). I'd say I'm getting paid the US average, but well below the average in the most expensive city in the US...I also receive strong pushback from the HR representative when I asked to negotiate my salary, which was demoralizing.
