Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
It has been a very nice place to work so far (less than a year), where there is support when you need it and the work load is just right. You are trusted and given agency, which is important.

Approachable, friendly and happy to collaborate.

seem approachable and communicate often enough but not too much
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are respectful, and in my experience, mostly kind and good.
What makes you most happy at work?
I think we are working for the betterment of mankind, on the whole.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our CEO, Kumsal, comes across as very empathetic and kind and doesn't shy from tough questions at TownHalls and AMAs.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know I am paid less for the same job as some of my peers in the same grade as me, and that is never a happy place to be. Promotions in-post are extremely hard to get, "progression" isn't a clear or understandable path. End-of-year reviews feel like dark magic and not necessarily reward good work.
