What does the leadership team need to get better at?
No contractors for life! If we want to be a technology company, there should be strict no-no to contractors. if its inevitable, maybe we can do one or two contractors. MAX! I have seen squads of contractors! They are gonna get in their own culture and will slow down the work rather than increasing

Need to improve the hike percentage which is decreasing over past few years

Better compensation and better medical insurance policy as the company clearly knows that the insurance provider runs on capping model where surgeries are not covered or even 80% is not covered . The company needs to look into that and revise if required

Comparably in the market with my experience I'm underpaid. However, I have a primary objective to relocate to Europe at some point and I know we have relocation options. THIS would make me feel better over additional pay.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Things are always great and perfect on leadership level. But further down below things go wrong which is naturally. The leadership level feels detached from the rest. They appear to me as gods who never fail which is inhuman.
