What does the leadership team need to get better at?
No contractors for life! If we want to be a technology company, there should be strict no-no to contractors. if its inevitable, maybe we can do one or two contractors. MAX! I have seen squads of contractors! They are gonna get in their own culture and will slow down the work rather than increasing

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Comparably in the market with my experience I'm underpaid. However, I have a primary objective to relocate to Europe at some point and I know we have relocation options. THIS would make me feel better over additional pay.

There needs to be some fix for working at home and interacting with your team. As a new recruit, zoom meetings are not enough to establish good close relationships with your colleagues
