It has both variable and fixed, plus additional retirement benefits

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think over the years, we are seeing so high inflation that the relative position has now gone below then what is was few years back. Everything has gone higher, Mortgage, Grocery bills, Power & Gas, by more than 30% in some cases, however, this is putting immense pressure to financially align
