Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued when there is a gap between my contributions and my compensation. I would feel better if compensation more closely reflected performance, responsibilities, and market benchmarks, along with clear recognition for the work being done.

I sometimes feel undervalued when my contributions and efforts are not fully recognized or reflected in my compensation. To feel more appreciated, I would value a compensation package that better aligns with my responsibilities, experience, and the impact I bring to the organization.

Having worked in the same team for last ten years I have only received one promotion. There is no vertical movement. No new roles are created, not even salary bands are changed. If you check the market and the salaries in similar roles, we are underpaid.
