That there is no one to pressurise and no micro-management. I know my work and I do it in my comfort [WFH] and as necessary to prioritise.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It's good to work with them, no micro-management, no external pressure. Everyone is aware of their job roles. They do their work the best way possible. People are polite towards each other. I like that.
