Rahi: almost 5 year, a hell of a ride - learned a lot, grew a lot and had fun.
Motive: Their passion and commitment to the goal and how they manage to keep things transparent.
Rahi: For me its very good here i got a exposer of Global projects and many more thing to learn and grow as a team player as a process of organization.
Royal Canin: The pet friendly culture and the people
Motive: Learning graph goes very high. WOrking hours are flexible. Work life balance is good. Management is good.
Rahi: lot of work, new vendors to come up very often, difficult to stay up to date
Rahi: I am happy to work in a global company that values its employees and creates opportunities due to its innovative solutions and customer focus.
Rahi: I appreciate that our management team wants to know the people below them and want to understand their role.
Motive: Culture of the team & team work.
Rahi: Rahi is the best company to work and experience on world-class IT business and solution which is currently in the market.
Rahi: overall experience is great. So it does match my work profile with my expectations, however one thing is impacting negative on me as below. I joined in August'20. but Appraisal cycle is changed and I was not applicable ,now I will get appraisal in next jan'22 so that is after around 1.6 years.

Rahi: My experience is mainly positive and I enjoy my work. I do feel that there's no clear career path for me to follow, and I am under paid. Although I understand the reasons for this, it is slightly frustrating.

Rahi: been here for 2 years and the experience has been great. it's an energetic and inspiring work environment where everyone is hardworking but knows how to relax after work. for me, good dynamics are important and I think Rahi has that.

Rahi: It was the most challenging 4 years in my life, building a team from ground and making it a company known in the market was priceless. These all are happening with the support of CEO and our VP so this makes me proud to have such confidence and willing be a part of the overall company success.
SentinelOne: I'm working at S1 for almost a year and never had a boring day
MongoDB, Inc.: It's a very good job. The work is interesting and challenging. It's the career part that's at issuCareer growth can be limited in places. Management can't admit or make up for mistakes. Staff skews very young. Issues arise from a combination of inexperienced staff and rapid company growth.
Nature's Sunshine Products: Comany is moving in the right direction. But this creates a lot of workload and one person is doing the job of two persons. Work is the enemy. Team is great. I appreciate the mutual respect here and a great team to learn from and work with.

Ambry Genetics: When I joined it was amazing and there was lots of mentorship available. COVID caused our department to stagnate and work has gotten extremely repetitive. Management disregards common issues that cause people to leave.

Smarsh: it was better when I first started but now feel management has become micro and we are under that "micro"scope.... if we screw up, I feel we are easily expendable even though some of us have put in a lot of time and effort.

Squarespace: Fantastic. Sometimes I continually have to remind myself how lucky I am and not let the small items derail that perception
Squarespace: I'd start by seriously reviewing the company's stance regarding WFH. Employees lost free lunches, breakfast, snacks, drinks and we have to battle to obtain somewhat decent hardware to do our work in safe conditions. I believe that good posture is part of "safe conditions".
Noom: I enjoy the company and culture, just wish I was paid more
Squarespace: I love it here. I feel supported and have never had better benefits or a more positive work/life balance elsewhere. The people I'm surrounded with are positive and hardworking, and it's been fun to see the individual growth of my peers on a broad scale. Squarespace feels like family.
Squarespace: The worst days at Squarespace would still be the best day at other jobs. While I have frustrations, they're so minuscule compared to the comfort I feel here.
Smarsh: It has been an incredible experience since my start date, the company has a great brand, employees embrace the position they are in and are masters at their specialties. Consistent help when needed. Everybody wants to help with my personal success.
Glassdoor: I loved my job from day one. Leaders lied about the reorg with Indeed and piggy-backed on the pandemic for laying off 300 people. Things are changing now for the better, but we are far from being a great place to work. We at the mercy of Indeed. Likely, there will be many more bad changes/layoffs.
Squarespace: I was hired into a position that was not set up for success (no product or engineering support or representation), but was able to work with my leaders to find a position that was a better fit for me. The result is that I am happy, challenged, and growing. There is flexibility to grow and thrive.

Squarespace: Isolating, lack of clarity, lack of empowerment, no significant rewards, unmeritocratic, no support from colleagues, extremely slow bureaucratic process for every project, overly political and cliquey, work life balance ends up being poor despite being advertised as the primary value.

The company and department have definitely gone through a number of changes (in leadership and some staff, as well as prioritization of certain initiatives) over the past year, creating some feelings of uncertainty for some, but the overall changes are good and in the right direction.

Ambry Genetics: Ambry tries! We have faced a number of challenges and I feel are often to quick to action without a plan, but they try. The compensation for some teams / departments is poor though and the staff is aware so the moral is falling quickly as we are still unsure of everything due to COVID.

Vervent: Overall, I've had a great experience. The lack of annual raise is probably the most alarming issue. I do appreciate the hybrid WFH. The open floorplan makes it hard to have meetings so I try to schedule as many meetings as I can on the days I work from home but that's not always feasible.

Vervent: There seems to be a lot of turnover which makes me wonder. All people seem very nice! The open floor plan is awful, hard to focus, no privacy.
