Rahi: Not happy with the fixed 9 hours working/day. Usually, we work more than 9hours in a day sometimes. Monthly average should be taken rather than daily average. Work life balance is less but we enjoy our work.

Rahi: Management has too many meaningless and inefficient assignments. The management has formulated many procedures and policies, but the management often does not abide by the procedures and policies, and the procedures and policies are often changed.
Rahi: keep getting blamed for my work, feel undervalued

Wish: Bad! Not appreciation on ones achievements and it is hard to get promoted unless you are a friend of the manager/ team leaders. There is constantly the fear of loosing your job.
Rahi: Its has been a great experience here since i joined the company and working environment is amazing with the team and all seems to be very serious about their work .I personally feel that i can learn many things from my seniors and from my workmates.

Wish: I love working at Wish, but there's space for improvement. Working in a different timezone than my team and from home (or a shared office), I typically work 9am-8pm. This doesn't allow me to have a private life. I'd love to be part of a mentorship program and to get more support as remote worker.
Wish: I started last year, right when we started working from home. I have to say that it has been a beautiful professional year as I happened to grow a lot in the company.

Wish: It can be fun to work here, however seems like not all managers have the growth/engagement of their teams in mind. There should be anonymous review of managers, so people can feel comfortable giving feedback without fearing retaliation.
Wish: Was very strong when the company was smaller; more traditional managers have joined that have made upwards communication more challenging. Territorial-ness needs to reduce and company needs to get better at execution of cross functional projects as low hanging fruits seem to be maxed out

Wish: Just...poor. No culture, little room for advancement, my senior "leaders" don't know how to lead and provide little to no direction or insight. I often wish I had taken another path - I was offered two positions and chose this one. I would've done better at the other company almost guaranteed.
