Everyone has a shared goal of making our projects successful. Even if something may fall outside of their jurisdiction they'll still take the time to do everything they can to make things right before calling in for backup.

My manager/director/VP all know my name and the type of work that I'm doing without ever micromanaging. They trust me to do what I need to do and have my back if I feel the need to push back on something.

With the IPO looming the flashiest thing would definitely be the stock options that we've been given. That being said, I personally really enjoy all the little "extra" surprises that Alkami does like setting aside time during "working hours" to cut loose and sending us snack boxes and small gifts
