We RIF's a bunch of people and didn't refill the roles, so my workload has increased with no material pay increase. Competitors are offering 10-20% more in OTE

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The process is blurry and gray. Legacy Alkamist's have operated as lone wolves and been very good at getting us here. As we continue to evolve their needs to be a retraining that you have experts in various practice areas that are all focused on our shared goals and enable that collaboration.

There is alot of cognitive dissonance regarding goals vs what work actually gets done. Timelines get moved up, people are left out, and the wrong things are highlighted
