What is the best part about your compensation package?
That there is a nice mix of base salary, stock options, health benefits and other thank you expressions that the company does on a regular basis.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been in a position where I have taken on leadership responsibilities for quite some time and have not been given the compensation and recognition that goes along with that which has made it difficult to hold things together for my team and do my job at times.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The different slack channels align people with the same interests

People are working toward a goal of supporting our customer base, which in turn supports everyday people and their personal goals. Everyone is moving in the same direction and seems genuinely interested in the mission of the company, which is to serve our customers the best we can.

Love the company values. They really help to keep us self-aware and in keeping our culture safe, kind, and go-getters. I enjoy how we are able to connect to one another, even in a remote environment. I love the work Kim Mason puts into the employee culture events and engagements.
