That there is a nice mix of base salary, stock options, health benefits and other thank you expressions that the company does on a regular basis.

I appreciate that the company values me enough to give me a share in the stock equity program. It is an important piece of my comp and shows they want to retain me.

Being able to facilitate and help people accomplish their goals, whatever those might be. Also, connecting with people across the organization and making their day better, due to my role in the company.

They seem to be able to have honest conversations about various topics and POV on company priorities, and disseminate that down to the rest of the company to help us hone our direction and focus.

Knowing that I have backup, and a great team to work with no matter what. Having support and being part of a team that works consistently together is one of the best things about Alkami's structure.

We have a common set of values that we work toward, and everyone is expected to operate using those values. It helps us know what the norm is, and keeps people accountable for their behavior and actions.

My first team makes it a priority to support each other, be responsive and help pick up the slack when someone else needs help. We all understand that people have lives outside work, and the work-life balance is respected by my team when things arise.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are working toward a goal of supporting our customer base, which in turn supports everyday people and their personal goals. Everyone is moving in the same direction and seems genuinely interested in the mission of the company, which is to serve our customers the best we can.

Our team values people first. We are human and are treated as a person, not only an employee. We are supported as individuals, and our team cares about each other. It helps us maintain connection as a group due to working remotely. We're in the people business with customers!
